Individual Therapy

Individual therapy sessions are conducted via telehealth and are typically 57 to 60 minutes once per week, although in some cases your therapist may recommend scheduling several 90 minute sessions to expedite progress. This is particularly true if you are experiencing significant challenges in doing your job, or within your relationships. Recommendations regarding session length, frequency, and focus will generally be made following the initial session.

Couples Therapy

Couples sessions are conducted via telehealth and are typically 57 minutes once per week or every other week. Couples therapy sessions are self pay only, and are not reimbursable under insurance. 

 

Insurance

We participate as in-network providers for the following insurance plans:

• Anthem

• Cigna

• Workers Comp

 

If you do not see your insurance plan listed, I will provide a superbill, and will be happy to walk you through the simple process of submitting a reimbursement request to your insurance.

 

Fees

• Initial Session - $155

• Individual Sessions (55-60 minutes) - $130

• Individual Sessions (90 minutes) - $190

• Couples Therapy - $155

 

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, debit/credit cards, and health savings account debit cards.

 

If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please ensure you cancel within 24 hours, otherwise you will be billed at the full session rate.
