My therapy style is a warm, interactive approach with active listening. My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), humanistic, and client lead. I am a compassionate person who listens without judgement and allow a safe place for processing to occur. Taking the step toward change to support a healthy lifestyle is one that takes courage and strength and I would be honored to support you during this process.
