Change the Way You Feel
At Midcoast Counseling Group, we focus on joining forces with our clients to move towards true change, healing, and post traumatic growth. We provide evidenced-based treatment, and specialize in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Prolonged Exposure (PE), and Traumatic Incident Reduction/Stress Incident Reduction (TIR) for treating law enforcement and first responders.
Although we work with a wide array of presenting concerns, our primary focus is trauma (single and multiple episodes), complex grief, anxiety, and stress related to relationships, work, or physical health. We recognize that trauma symptoms may be preventing or limiting you from effectively working and living your life.
Our goal is to provide effective and efficient healing so you can get back to work, relationships and life as soon as possible. Contact us via phone or email to schedule a free consultation, or schedule a session.
